ABOUT BETH PEDDLE
Early childhood education has been my passion and my profession for 15 years, first in the classroom, and now at the intersection of EdTech and enterprise customer success. At Teaching Strategies, I\'ve built my career from the ground up: starting as a Partner Success Specialist and earning four promotions in five years to Director, where I now lead a team of 11 Strategic Account Managers protecting $35M in ARR across the nation\'s largest early childhood programs at a KKR-backed EdTech company.I believe the best customer relationships are built the same way the best classrooms are: with trust, consistency, and a genuine investment in outcomes. That philosophy has driven 100%+ renewal performance throughout my career and helped me build teams that perform at the same level.I lead with empathy and execute with precision — whether I\'m coaching a team member, navigating a complex enterprise renewal, or partnering with a district serving thousands of children.Outside of work, I\'m a writer and poet and I think that\'s part of what makes me effective. The humanities taught me to listen closely, communicate precisely, and find the human story in every situation. I\'m an agile problem solver with a quick mind and a kind heart. After 15 years in this field, I wouldn\'t have it any other way.Clifton Strengths: Connectedness | Input | Strategic | Empathy | Maximizer
