As an Organizational Development Specialist, I collaborate with organizations to identify opportunities and implement strategies that improve processes, systems, structures and culture.As the former Learning and Development Manager for a large healthcare network, I have deep expertise with Leadership Development, Strategic Planning and Program Management.As a team member with DEVELOP at EnCompass, I collaborate with federal agencies to create a strategic planning framework, leadership and professional development assessments and training, and workplace culture intervention strategies and monitoring to ensure success.I am passionate about building healthy workplace cultures through coaching, and recently completed the Co-Active coach training program. As a former administrator a large federal organization\'s annual employee engagement survey, I look forward to continuing to design survey instruments, analyze qualitative and quantitative data and develop recommendations to improve the workplace. I have also developed and executed a multi-million-dollar budget to support the training and continuing education needs of employees. Previously serving as a Strategic Planning Manager. I utilized my analytical skills to develop high-level strategy and operational plans that informed access to healthcare services for one million Veterans in the service region. This expertise served me well in my role in L&D, as I\'m able to successfully understand an organization\'s goals and objectives and align learning and development programs accordingly.A few accomplishments I\'m proud of are: Spearheaded the Leadership Development Institute program, an intensive 12-month program targeting high-potential employees to develop leadership competencies and aid in succession planning, with more than 200 graduates. Partnered with FranklinCovey to deploy All Access Pass products to employees, resulting in more than 1500 monthly points of engagement, certification of 30 local facilitators and integration into internal leadership development programs, exceeding the industry average for utilization. Delivered comprehensive orientation program for 25 healthcare leaders transitioning into executive roles, to include identification of strengths and challenges and development of strategic goals. Managed VHA Market Assessment project, to include leadership of cross-functional teams, needs assessment, data analysis, stakeholder communication, coordination of site visits and identification of opportunities to meet demand and maximize resources.
