Global recruiting leader with experience in agency, corporate, start up and venture environments. I have the unique experience of leading corporate recruiting teams and clinical hiring (yes, they are different!). In addition to recruitment expertise, I\'ve recently supported our Tech and Product leaders as their HRBP. I enjoy consulting and educating the business, developing hiring strategies, making recommendations on how to align a puzzle of skills that accelerates business growth and leverages talent, building retention and engagement programs and more. Beginning my career in public accounting, I value data and numbers to drive priorities. I fell into recruiting like most do and found my groove. While recruitment keeps my team busy, I place a heavy emphasis on retention and keeping our current employees engaged and happy. Recruitment priorities include a positive and engaging candidate experience, leveraging data to share the successes of my team and identify gaps and areas of improvement and developing market competitive recruiting frameworks. Regardless of the role, operating with the utmost integrity is important to me. Navigating through ambiguity, being \"scrappy\" or resourceful and being thrown curves are situations in which I help the business thrive.
