I’m a seasoned conflict coaching, management, and resolution specialist, as well as an experienced mediator, with a proven track record of guiding individuals, teams, and organizations through complex interpersonal and workplace challenges. With a background spanning federal agencies, private consulting, nonprofit leadership, and entrepreneurial ventures, I bring a unique blend of insight, empathy, and strategic problem-solving to every role. Currently, as a Reservist ADR Advisor with FEMA, I provide conflict prevention and intervention services, helping individuals and teams navigate challenging situations with clarity and resilience. I also run a consulting practice, where I offer conflict coaching, mediation, and interpersonal skills-building support for clients ranging from small and mid-sized businesses to multi-generational families. Additionally, I’m the creator of Listening Game Cards, a tool designed to deepen understanding, expand curiosity, and improve communication.
