My advanced practice combines Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, sports massage and/or stress relief massage to focus on each individual\'s unique needs. This massage will help loosen connective tissue, muscles, and joints to reinforce the body\'s natural movements, increase circulation, and reduce stress.
