Internal Communications Manager @Zopa Bank
Responsible for all internal communications at Zopa. Designing and delivering a dynamic employer brand and internal communications programme to engage, inspire, inform and empower Zopa’s current and prospective employees. Working with stakeholders from C-suite level to junior management, I craft and recommend activities and content across our channels to drive awareness of our company strategy, performance, values and culture. Working in the People Experience Team provides a central, agnostic position for internal comms to work from. I aim to give every ‘Zopian’ a voice, with two-way feedback loops ensuring all comms are highly relevant and tonally appropriate, further nurturing our amazing award-winning culture.
