I build ecosystems where innovators, investors, and founders can turn ambitious ideas into real products. For more than a decade, I’ve led 25+ accelerator cohorts across six states, coached more than 150 companies, and designed national-scale programs that have shaped how capital, tools, and talent flow into startups. Most recently, I founded Rally AI, an AI-native platform that helps nontechnical builders design, launch, and monetize apps in record time. Built using Lovable and Claude Code, Rally AI combines the creativity of vibe-coding the front end with Rally’s AI-powered backend and a marketplace model, designed to solve the two largest problems facing vibe-coders today (backend development and marketing/distribution) and enabling builders to move from prototypes to scalable businesses. Before Rally AI, I founded the Fluency Score, an expert-AI diagnostic tool measuring early-stage product market fit. The Fluency Score was used by customers including investors, accelerators, universities, banks, and the US Army. I built the Fluency Score from zero to one, validating the customer problem, funding the company through revenue, and leading a cross-functional team to deliver a fully automated SaaS platform that continues to generate value for customers today. I also launched the Funding Innovation Lab at LabCentral, the country’s leading biotech incubator, to test new models for capital access in biotech and life sciences. That work connected me deeply with VCs, accelerators, and founders in the HCLS ecosystem, and continues to shape how I think about scaling innovation and resource allocation in the life sciences industry. Across these ventures, I’ve engaged investors and accelerators nationwide and built programs that blend strategic vision, operational execution, and AI-driven innovation. I thrive at the intersection of AI, healthcare, and venture ecosystems—designing personalized, high-impact programs that broaden access, accelerate adoption, and create lasting value.

   Fluent Studio is a data technology startup I built from zero to one. Over the past seven years, I validated the core customer problem, funded the company with presales and recurring revenue, built a team to develop the product and sales funnel, and delivered a fully-automated SaaS platform that continues to operate, creating value for customers and generating passive income.° Developed the Fluency Score, an industry-leading data product with an expert AI system, used by customers in 21 states with a 90% retention rate° Led development of Fluency Score platform on time and on budget by managing product strategy, product roadmap and feature prioritization for a cross-functional team of fifteen people° Managed sales process development for Fluent products and services, leading to ~$1M in revenue, by testing and iterating sales script and supporting assets and building a custom CRM° Managed complex, multi-year B2B Sales cycles with corporate stakeholders at JP Morgan Chase Foundation, US Army, and the Association for Enterprise Opportunity by owning project strategy, guiding development of project KPIs and timelines, and leading implementation team
