Housed at the Sustainable Inclusive Growth (SIG) unit at UNDP India, I am leading the monitoring and management of the Youth Co:Lab National Innovation Challenge, a flagship youth entrepreneurship and innovation program. I am also the Youth Engagement Focal Point for the India Country Office.Under the project \"Boosting Female Labour Force Participation Rate through Strengthened Care Ecosystem\", I lead industry partnerships ensuring effective rollout of pilot workplace-based childcare centres. I also support on overall project management, policy advocacy, and research to support gender-inclusive workforce policies and build the care ecosystem.
