I’ve always been driven by the opportunity to help others grow — whether it’s supporting students as they chart their career paths or leading initiatives that create lasting community impact.After earning my Bachelor of Business Administration, my early career in retail management taught me adaptability, business acumen, and the importance of building strong relationships. My transition to the American Heart Association expanded my perspective even further as I managed a seven-county region, mobilized volunteers, delivered educational programs, and secured critical funding for medical research. That experience deepened my commitment to connecting people, resources, and ideas to make a measurable difference.Today, as the Director of Calling and Career Development at Milligan University, I guide students as they explore their strengths, develop professional confidence, and prepare for meaningful careers. I also launched Milligan’s Institute for Servant Leadership, an initiative that equips students with the tools to lead with purpose and impact.My work centers on innovation, collaboration, and empowering others to achieve their goals.
