Beth is a Registered Therapeutic Counselling (RTC) with the Association of Cooperative Counselling Therapists of Canada (ACCT). Counselling services are covered under many extended medical plans.Beth works one-on-one with individuals and couples, and is also a workshop facilitator on a variety of topics including Boundaries, Stress and Burnout, Building Thriving Relationships (both personally and professionally), Life Transitions, Intuition, Spirituality, Dating/Online Dating, Mindfulness. She has also been called on to participate in and moderate panel discussions.Her clients are everyday people, innovators, creatives, and leaders in high growth companies – people who have a mark to leave in their close communities or on the world at large.
