Responsible for the oversight and operations of Scioli Turco, a 501(c)(4) non-profit organization. Scioli Turco partners with neighbors and non-profit community organizations to identify nearby vacant and blighted properties and, if appropriate, help them petition the court to appoint us as conservator to manage and rehabilitate the property. Removing blighted and sometimes dangerous properties improves property values, public safety and quality of life for neighborhoods and their residents. Scioliturco.org.
