About Beth Thornton
I built CSThrive because I kept running into the same problem.As a CSM supporting startups, I saw gaps everywhere. CSMs were expected to manage more, think more strategically, and lead without support. Founders were trying to scale CS without a roadmap. I kept asking myself,\"Who can I talk to about this?\" and found no one.So I created the space I needed.CSThrive is a platform for ambitious CSMs who want more than checklists and renewals. Through mentorship, workshops, and curated resources, we help CSMs grow faster, stay strategic, and lead with confidence. It\'s built for the doers, the thinkers, and the future CS leaders.At the same time, I launched Thornton Advisory Solutions to work directly with founders and accelerators. I help early and growth-stage SaaS companies build investor-ready Customer Success strategies, reduce churn, and scale with purpose.My work lives at the intersection of individual growth and business impact. Whether I\'m coaching a CSM or helping a founder prep for their next raise, I\'m focused on one thing: turning Customer Success into a true driver of growth.
