Elizabeth S. Fitch is a founding member of the Righi Fitch Law Group. She is a trial lawyer with 38 years of civil defense experience and has the AV Preeminent rating. Since 1987, Beth has routinely defended multi-million dollar cases ranging from catastrophic injuries to construction defect cases. She has defended all types of professionals from lawyers to insurance brokers. Recognizing that leadership is critical to early and cost-efficient resolution of complex cases, she focuses her practice on consulting with clients on innovative solutions that meet the clients’ goals and then leading stakeholders to a resolution that exceeds client expectations. Under Beth\'s guidance and leadership, Righi Fitch Law Group has developed a streamlined, cost -effective approach to the successful defense of catastrophic personal injuries and wrongful death claims in AZ, CO, NM, and UT. Beth is regularly retained as lead defense counsel by primary carriers and as monitoring counsel by excess carriers in complex claims and high stakes litigation.Beth is the past President of Arizona Association of Defense Counsel. In 2017 she was recognized as a Business Insurance Woman to Watch Honoree and has been inducted into Arizona\'s Finest Lawyers. In 2025 she was again recognized as a Southwest Super Lawyer. She writes and speaks nationally on law firm leadership, high stakes litigation strategies, and innovative claims resolution.
