Christian leads the Decarbonisation proposition within the Construction & Public Infrastructure team in the UK & Ireland. He supports Construction clients to decarbonise their portfolio of programmes and assets, accompanying them in their journey to net zero by leveraging Digital tools and industry-proven methodologies. In addition to robust knowledge of construction-specific climate challenges and best practices to lead clients to net zero, his approach relies on his experience in the integration of business processes, project management systems and data governance, in order to establish a Digital Thread across functions that includes carbon metrics.
