She is an Orton-Gillingham trained tutor & has tutored, assessed, & consulted with hundreds of families. She is author of the bestselling Dyslexia Outside-the-Box. She was the founder, director, & lead teacher for 8 years at Hope Academy, a school for struggling middle & high school students in Madison, WI.
