About Beth Donnell

I lead an amazing team focused on talent management, leadership development, and diversity & inclusion. I’m a continuous learner driven by curiosity, I am a serial book reader, and I love connecting with folks. I see opportunities everywhere and revel in the opportunity to think outside the box and deliver creative solutions. I love to discover folks secret talents and draw upon their abilities and passions to come together and drive towards a mission with great results. I co-founded Fidelity’s special interest group ‘Raise’ in support of working parents and caregivers. I co-created the first ever data visualization summit at Fidelity, and continue to support our employee resource groups through the Women’s Leadership Group Career & Culture chair. I’m a proud board member of Greater Boston PFLAG. I am energized by the opportunity to create. I thrive in discussions of re-invention and I’m eager to re-envision the workforce of the future. I’m a benevolent disruptor and like to take a machete to cut through red tape (to quote some favorite songs). I appreciate working with high energy people who are ready to collaborate and bring new ideas to life, who like to have respectful discourse in the name of getting to better.
