Supply Chain Leader with a diverse background in Global and Regional Package Development, Manufacturing Operations, Development Timelines/PMO functions, Process Improvement Management, Packaging Harmonization, and Process/Package cost optimization strategies. Experienced in managing and motivating a variety of team sizes/job descriptions/site locations to meet challenging Package Development and Operational objectives. Global leader with the ability to partner effectively with Marketing, Sourcing, Planning, Distribution, R&D, Suppliers, and Regional counterparts to develop and launch complex packaging- Globally. I have managed Operational teams, up to 120 individuals, and prepared/managed budgets in excess of $6MM (direct and indirect). I have expertise in capital budget recommendations, approvals, and project execution. I have managed teams in a Corporate environment, representing Regional Manufacturing requirements to our New York based Product Development teams. I have lead harmonization projects, aimed at optimizing brand image while increasing leverage/reducing costs. I led a Global Package Development organization of package engineers/cost analyst/project manager/traffickers and executed over 56 major Fragrance launches globally. Additionally, our team partnered with packaging suppliers to commercialize innovative packaging to meet our future package needs. I have co-lead (with Regional Marketing) the Concept to Market initiative which developed 7 major product platforms and contributed significant annual dollar savings to the region. I also represented my region on the Global team that re-engineered the New Product Development Process. I have received Presidents award recognition for my Value Analysis work. I also lead the Fragrance package harmonization efforts between North America and Latam regions, resulting in enhanced Supply Chain benefits and overall package optimization. I am passionate about my work and love to manage/motivate/mentor associates to reach their personal goals.

   I am a full time consultant. I have held many PMO/business support roles over my 5 years. I have worked for both the Global API business, as well as the New Avon (North America) business. My assignments are targeted to address specific opportunities where my skills and background have added significant value. I engage with the Global Engineering Organization and work closely with the Package Development, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance Organizations. Examples of projects that I have led include: PMO for the NOLA/North America Product/Package Harmonization initiative- identifying and implementing optimization opportunities within all four product categories. This was a cross Regional/Global and multi functional effort involving Marketing, Regulatory, R&D, Finance, and Supply Chain. I also led the Global and New Avon Productivity initiatives with Marketing/Supply Chain organizations- monitoring overall project performance and working with others to identify new optimization projects within the realm of packaging platforms and productivity. The three year Global monetary commitment is aggressive and requires collaboration/integration with all major functions and all Regions within the company. I led initiatives for Development timeline reduction strategies, Global R&D KPI implementation and monitoring, Raw Ingredient supply mitigation plan/implementation, and Optimization of Development tracking within the Global Development teams.Most recently I have acted as the Technical Support liaison between the Global Avon busines and the New Avon (USA) companies. My role supports creation/implementation of package development timelines in Mexico for US business fragrance and lipstick products. I also support Mexico Supply Chain support to the North American team.
