I work with our Senior Director of Communications to manage our website content and electronic communications. I am also project manager for design projects, working with contracted designers as well as doing some projects myself using InDesign. I respond to or help get responses to individual communications that come to NRCM through our email and website. Other responsibilities have included management of review, selection, and purchase of our online CRM, used for all online giving, event registration, and ecommunications with members and supporters; management of our photo collection; proofreading; and event management of our annual puffin cruise.
