Hi, I’m Beth Caldwell. If you care about women’s leadership, community, and meaningful work, we’ll probably get along. I’m the founder of Pittsburgh Professional Women (PPW), the largest membership-based women\'s organization in Western Pennsylvania. I started PPW because I believed women shouldn’t have to leave town—or spend a fortune—to get great business education, leadership development, and support.I’m also a writer, speaker, and facilitator, and I love turning big ideas into practical tools women can actually use. I’ve written multiple books on leadership, confidence, and personal growth, all grounded in real life—not theory.Community has always been at the heart of my work. During the 2020 pandemic crisis, I offered free business training to men, women, and small businesses across Western Pennsylvania, which led the City of Pittsburgh to name October 15 as Pittsburgh Professional Women Day. I was also honored to serve as the Honorary Chairperson for the 2025 Pittsburgh Walk to End Alzheimer’s, helping raise more than to support caregivers and local research. As of 2026, I’m proud to serve as a Board Member for the Alzheimer’s Association, Greater Pennsylvania Chapter.At the end of the day, I care about helping women feel supported, capable, and connected—because when women thrive, communities do too.
