ABOUT BETH BUELOW

What would it be like to sit in that space between stimulus and response with more ease and intention? What would be different in your life if you had more courageous conversations? What would be possible if your outward self-expression matched your inner ambition? I’m Beth Buelow, and I’m a Professional Certified Coach, Mentor Coach, facilitator, and trained mediator. Most importantly, I’m a mirror, witness, and partner with you on your journey towards courageous self-expression and meaningful interpersonal connection. Our lives “speak” in different ways, often without using our voice. We speak through what we create, how we work, where we put our attention, how we spend our time. My goal is to support you in your desire to speak up, speak out, and speak courageously. My superpowers: Creating brave spaces for disruption and growth Helping you get your words unstuck from your throat Getting to the mind, heart, and soul of the matter Encouraging your creativity and wholeness I\'m committed to supporting leaders and their teams in creating a positive culture of communication and connection. As a coach, mediator, and facilitator with more than a decade of coaching experience, my clients have ranged from leaders in international organizations to intrapreneurs to entrepreneurs. I specialize in mentor coaching, conflict resolution, and interpersonal communication. I\'m proud to serve on the Board of ICF Michigan as Education & Training Chair; volunteer as a mediator for family and civil court cases; and give back as a mentor for Cook Leadership Academy Fellows at Grand Valley State University. Selected speaking engagements have included the MIT Media Lab, Starbucks, ICF Converge 2017, Seattle University, Marketing Profs University, C3 West Michigan, and the American Marketing Association. My podcast, “How Can I Say This…”, has reached listeners in more than 65 countries since it launched in August 2018. I\'m the author of \"The Introvert Entrepreneur: Amplify Your Strengths and Create Success on Your Own Terms\"(Penguin Random House, Nov 2015), which was named one of the 100 Best Business Books of 2015 by Inc.com. I\'ve been honored to contribute to articles in The Wall Street Journal, Time, Success Magazine, Inc, Entrepreneur, The Telegraph, and Psychology Today, among others.
