As the Founder and Executive Director of Career Day Inc, I am responsible for having created the vision of the organization. In addition to serving as the \'face of the organization\', my role is to develop and work with the Board of Directors to ensure the financial and programmatic sustainability of the organization, which strives to inspire students through career choice awareness. Along with a dedicated team of volunteers, I work in partnership with professionals and school staff to create an atmosphere of acceptance and career opportunity for students at all academic levels. Further, I chair the committee responsible for selecting The Arie Bucheister Memorial Scholarship, which is awarded to a student who, by their own efforts, demonstrates that Career Day Inc. has had an impact on their future education, training, or career.
