I am an experienced professional with 20+ years in creating meaningful outdoor education initiatives for youth. As a lifelong learner and collaborative team player, I emphasize community engagement, youth inclusion, and leadership cultivation. At Cornell Cooperative Extension Tompkins County, I\'ve worked with the Rural Youth Services (RYS) team to create dynamic youth programs and implement them in and after school and during the summer.
