Additionally, I held roles in Caterpillar\'s Global Supply Network division, supporting procurement and logistics functions for 5 years in succession planning, leadership development, and creating an entry level rotational program for pipeline health. Most recently, I served as the Divisional Talent Development Manager for the Earthmoving Division, leading our people strategy, talent initiatives through coaching opportunities to enable the business for global team of 8k employee base.
