As the Global System Administrator for our contingent workforce management system, Fieldglass, I manage and optimize our system to meet the dynamic needs of our multinational organization. I oversee a change control process to enable enhancements in the use of the Fieldglass application, balancing these improvements with ongoing maintenance changes.
