As an HR Assistant at UT Physicians, I support the human resources department in various administrative and operational tasks, such as recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. I have gained valuable experience in working with a diverse and dynamic team of professionals, and have contributed to improving the efficiency and quality of HR services. I am also pursuing my MBA at the University of Toledo, where I have completed courses in business administration, management, and law. I graduated with a bachelor\'s degree in human resources management in 2023, and completed a seven-month internship in recruitment and HR at Phoenix Services. My education and internship have equipped me with the knowledge and skills to handle complex and challenging HR issues and projects. Additionally, I have honed my human resources skills through my HR Assistant role in learning how to apply HR best practices and policies in a healthcare setting. I am passionate about human resources and business administration, and I am motivated to further my education and career in this field. My goal is to become a HR manager or consultant, and to help organizations achieve their objectives and enhance their performance through effective HR strategies and solutions. I am eager to learn new skills and take on new challenges, and to leverage my existing skills and experiences to add value to any organization I work with.
