I operate as a central Resourcing and Operations Lead across the group, supporting the delivery, performance, and continuous improvement of the recruitment function. My role is focused on driving consistency, efficiency, and quality across hiring processes, while also providing hands-on support to teams where it’s needed most. I work closely with leadership to enhance visibility, reporting, and overall operational performance across the business. I provide group wide resourcing support, particularly on roles that are complex or require additional input, and act as a key systems lead across workflows, reporting tools, and internal platforms. I play an important role in onboarding and developing team members, supporting training, compliance, and the adoption of best practice. Alongside this, I drive improvements in processes, data quality, and operational structure, while delivering clear insight, reporting, and performance visibility to managers and senior leadership. I also contribute to wider group initiatives, supporting business growth, improving efficiency, and helping to maximise overall output and performance.
