About Bethany Ronchetta
My throughline is simple: I’m a builder-operator who turns ambitious ideas into disciplined execution. I step into ambiguity and help teams align, decide, and move forward with confidence on high-stakes work.At Google, I held senior leadership roles across two of the company’s most complex initiatives. As Global GTM Lead for Google Maps, I led the commercial transition of millions of customers to a new revenue model. Later, as Head of Strategy & Operations for Global Procurement, I partnered closely with executive leadership on a five-year transformation that quadrupled adoption and unlocked over $1B in value. Different problems, same pattern: establish clarity, build trust quickly, and help organizations move from strategy to results.I’m at my best when organizations need alignment and momentum—whether the path is well-defined or still taking shape. I help leaders make smart decisions quickly, own prioritization and tradeoffs, and reduce cross-functional friction so organizations can scale with focus. I care deeply about culture and how people experience change, and I try to lead in ways that make high-pressure work feel grounded, human, and energizing.A few things I’m known for- Turning vision into clear priorities, scalable structures, and aligned execution—leveraging modern data and AI to deliver real customer and business impact- Bringing calm, clarity, momentum, and dare-I-say fun to complex, high-pressure situations- Spotting friction early and resolving it with empathy and decisivenessAfter leaving Google, I took a purposeful pause—supporting my family’s move to Charlotte, caring for my mother during a health challenge, and creating space to reset after years of operating at full speed. I stayed connected by advising early-stage companies and investing in personal growth (and yes, sourdough). That season made me a more grounded, present, and human leader.EY gave me discipline. Kellogg gave me range. Google taught me scale, cross-functional leadership, 10x thinking, and the importance of respecting both the customer and the opportunity.Outside of work, I enjoy kite-surfing (when I can), cooking overly ambitious meals with my kids, and playing a lot of tennis. It’s how I stay grounded and keep authentic play in the mix.
