Responsible for the maintenance of five studio sites based in East and Central London, including a new site being set up near Euston Square• Organising contracts with the artists who will be taking on the studios and ensuring those who take spaces are on board with the charity\'s objectives to provide education and creative communities in areas. • Reporting to the head of property, I must keep comprehensive records for each of the sites to ensure they are health and safety compliant for our records and in good conditions for the artists using them. • Computer literacy across Microsoft office, ensuring all artists and building records are stored within internal systems and meet current GDPR regulations. • Assist with marketing of the studios, occasionally photographing events such as open studios and assist with copywriting for artist features. • Working with the three other studio managers to ensure a smooth running of all 15 sites across London• Assisting the 600+ artists across Bow Arts sites with finance, maintenance and contract queries• Actively involved in programming of the organisations artist development programme, Bow Skills, which provides affordable workshops for artists across London
