ABOUT BETHANY MAY WILLIAMS
Experienced CQC reg. Practice Manager currently responsible for managing a large 17 surgery dental practice in Wimborne, Dorset. Managing a predominately private practice with an NHS contract with a team of over 80. In June 2025 we relocated our practice to a purpose built state of the art, modern practice increasing from 7 to 17 surgeries. With over 10 years in dentistry I have mentored fellow Practice Managers in Dorset & the wider estate. I have completed additional courses in mental health first aid, CQC compliance & NHS regulations. I am a hands on manager & truly believe that has allowed me to run a successful practice in Dorset. I love what I do, and my goal has always been to show that in the way I work.
