I joined Inenco in 2018 to account manage primarily our NHS clients. It\'s my job to advocate for the client needs within Inenco, and ensure that our clients understand time constraints we operate under when dealing with suppliers on their behalf. I account manage for the Northern NHS and act as an NHS Specialist to support the delivery team in the South. We offer a full bureau service for our trusts, providing them with an annual budget and monthly accruals for their finance teams, cost consumption reporting for their ERIC returns, validation of invoices flagging any invalid invoices and automatically addressing these concerns with the suppliers. Our OJEU compliant procurement DPS includes a portfolio purchasing setup allowing smaller trusts to access flexible purchasing and the advantages it offers. We consult with our clients when tendering to ensure that this is truly designed by the NHS for the NHS. I work closely with our contacts to assist with the Net Zero and Sustainability goals their trusts are setting and where needed provide external assistance via consultancy with our Solutions department.
