One of three senior managers in the Sustainable Solutions department, my role is to look after the development of our consultants as they build their skills across a broad base and decide whether Climate Action or Responsible Consumption is the best fit for their careers. I am accountable for the delivery of our compliance service offerings: CCA, Min-Met, Eii, Eii NCC, CHPQA, MCPD and UKETS and my team provide ESOS support to the Lead Assessors.This role brings together my technical knowledge, my passion for reducing energy consumption and broadens my skills in advocating for clients into personnel management.I also look after the Frameworks coverage for our clients, ensuring that our public sector clients can place volume with utility suppliers in a compliant way, and appoint ourselves in the comfort that due diligence procurement has been done.
