About Bethanne Chapman

Using my enthusiasm for people, learning and development, and auditing standards to design, build, and deliver impactful training for audit professionals at all levels. I\'m passionate about risk assessment, active learning, written communications and puns (especially accounting-related ones). Along with an approachable, engaging delivery style, I bring 10+ years of public accounting experience into the classroom. During my days as a staff auditor, staff training weeks were always my favorite. As an audit manager, I enjoyed teaching trainings (in-between juggling the multitude of challenges faced by auditors these days, like balancing constant changes and rapidly shifting priorities). As a Senior Manager, I joined the Professional Standards Group of a large national CPA firm, where I honed my technical and instructional design skills. Now I work with the amazing team at 20-20 Services LLC. We equip firms with all the accounting continuing education and leadership training they need to thrive and grow. We work with over a hundred CPA firms—including 25 of the largest across the US—as well as government auditors and other financial professionals. With flexible in-person, virtual and packaged do-it-yourself CPE options, our services cover every contingency, from onboarding and first-year training to management, leadership and advisory skills, serving financial professionals around the world.
