Responsible for development and implementation of strategic plan to multiple stakeholders and accounts for first in class, buy and bill, once monthly infusion for treatment of rare disease * Strategic analysis and territory planning to understand patient flow and needs within Sickle Cell Community * Coordinating with internal stakeholders including: Medical, Marketing, Sales leadership, Patient Advocacy and Market Access to share insights, deliver innovative solutions and establish strategic partnerships * Educate and assist financial counselors on issues related to: billing, coding, reimbursement and patient access * Maintains comprehensive understanding of the access process, navigation of health care systems, insurance plans, payer trends and internal patient support programs
