Analytical Project Lead and Technical Lead in Vibrational Spectroscopy. As an analytical and technical lead I work cross functionally in both new modalities and oral solid dosage projects. This has enabled me to: • Lead analytical activities on projects, ensuring robust analytical control strategies are in place throughout the product lifecycle.• Lead deliveries of complex methodologies under accelerated timelines. • Provide technical leadership in vibrational spectroscopy, developing and validating spectroscopic-based analytical methods for peptide therapeutics and solid dosage forms.• Lead a global support service in vibrational spectroscopy for problem solving issues arising in manufacturing, product and method issues arising across all stages of development.• Support regulatory submissions, including authoring and reviewing CMC sections. • Manage analytical activities, including method development, optimisation and troubleshooting during TT.• Drive analytical method improvements to enhance robustness, efficiency, and compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements, including method automation and enhanced control strategy opportunities. • Mentor scientists and provide training on analytical techniques.
