ABOUT BETH ALLISON
As the principal at London District Catholic School Board (LDCSB), I have been leading and supporting a diverse and inclusive community of learners for over eight years. I have a Master of Education degree in Leadership in Education and Principals\' Qualifications from Western University and Ontario Principals\' Council, respectively. My focus as a principal is building relationships and fulfilling the role of servant leader. I believe in creating meaningful connections with staff and family stakeholders and building a culture where all students belong and can be successful. I am also passionate about public service and elevating community engagement with people whose voices are not always traditionally heard. In addition, I have expertise in online learning and have been working with students, staff, and parents to ensure a meaningful and effective online summer school experience since June 2022.
