In this role, I oversee the curricular and co-curricular components of the undergraduate program. The McColl School Undergraduate Business Program, the largest division on campus, provides four BBA degrees (Accounting, Finance, Management, and Marketing and the newly launched BA in Business (the largest major on campus). We also offer several minors and concentrations designed to provide students the flexibility in building their degree towards their professional goals. Within this role, I manage the course offerings, schedules, and assessments, along with monitoring academic initiatives for continuous improvements and impact on our students\' professional development. I also build relationships and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to build consensus and align our programs with the university goals.
