After gaining my QTS in 2014 I began a career in teaching in an inner City Liverpool primary school. During this time I taught in Year 5 & 6 and completed the NPQML qualification. Taking the leap into recruitment 7 years later, I used my knowledge of the education sector and various transferable skills to thrive within an industry that was brand new to me. I am extremely passionate about advising and supporting candidates in finding perfect roles & I hold a proven track record in being able to build positive and strong relationships based on trust and mutual respect.I have a sound understanding of the challenges faced by schools in the current staffing climate and thrive off being able to support them in sourcing well matched staff that will ultimately improve outcomes for their students.
