Practically speaking this requires exemplary attention to detail, resource management, ability and patience to navigate dozens of disparate systems from federal legacy systems to dynamic smart searches, as well as good old-fashioned calling around to insure every red flag is fully investigated for firearms eligibility. In addition, I provide case management and customer service to citizens who have been denied a firearm transfer as they navigate the appeal process, often de-escalating highly charged situations with grace and courtesy.
