   As a Learning Consultant in the Senior Products segment of Humana, my team supports the learning function for over Senior Products and Retail associates. As part of an incredible team, I facilitate soft skills training in the classroom setting as well as virtually through a web-based application. I became a certified trainer for Crucial Conversations in March 2014 and have attained Platinum Status as a trainer. My other course offerings include Emotional Intelligence, Leading Change, Essential Facilitation Skills, Accountability and Presentation Skills.I consult with clients to help develop learning solutions for their groups. Once a solution has been chosen, I instructurally design, create and implement that training solution.I also participate in several cross-enterprise teams such as the Associate Engagement Core Team, Learning Technology Liaisons, Learning Consortium, and serve as a Well-Being Champion.I have been in a learning role at Humana since 2006.
