About Beth Tripmacher

I’m a strategic Product Manager with 5 years of EdTech experience, building on 15 years of educational content-focused product development experience. With a Master’s in Learning Technology & Experience Design (UXD specialization), I bring together product strategy, data-driven and user-centric decision-making, and deep content and learning design expertise to align products with both learner needs and organizational goals.Recently, I led product strategy and user research for the Sundance Institute’s first learning and community site, Sundance Collab. By repositioning strategy based on research insights and launching growth-focused features with marketing and engineering, I increased revenue by 45% YOY and boosted engagement by 188%. Currently, I serve as an adjunct instructor and Thesis Advisor in NYU\'s Learning Technology & Experience Design graduate program, where I stay connected to emerging technologies, AI-driven processes, and educator and adult learner perspectives. I’m known for forging strong cross-functional relationships and thrive on bringing clarity to complexity–untangling messy problems, developing new workflows and processes, or shaping research insights into actionable strategies and processes that move products and people forward. As a result, I’ve played a key role in transforming ideas into scalable 0→1 initiatives, ranging from adaptive learning pilots and new subscription models to innovative video learning platforms and interactive e-book widgets.I love to learn about and discuss the impact of AI on learning and education, and in content development practices.
