About Beth Susi
I’ve been with Carolinas Healthcare System/Atrium Health for over 25 years. I started out as a Clinical Assistant Professor, then worked my way to Clinical Associate, and ultimately Clinical Professor, UNC School of Medicine. I have over 20 years of experience fostering the education of my peers, as well as medical students, residents, and faculty. I have also served on numerous committees and held multiple leadership positions during my 25 year+ career. I served as the Director of the Internal Medicine Residency Program at Carolinas Healthcare System for over 11 years. I currently focus on Palliative Medicine within the Department of Supportive Oncology at the Levine Cancer Institute. My primary interests remain in teaching and education as well as quality patient care.
