   Pairing my entrepreneurial spirit with extensive leadership experience in Human Resource management, I formed this consulting firm to advise, mentor and coach business leaders. My familiarity working in diverse, global organizations enables me to expertly deploy a consultative approach in guiding human strategy development, acquisition and integration implementation, change leadership, due diligence and project planning. HIGHLIGHTS OF ACHIEVEMENTSServed as interim CHRO for a global logistics organization completing an HR organizational assessment and related people strategy plan while leading the HR functionAs a well-respected subject matter expert in the human resources field, I am frequently called upon to share my knowledge through a variety of platforms (keynotes, workshops, panel discussions, blogs, webinars, etc.). Examples of keynotes include Solving Pain of Change (Change Management presentation) and Linking Human Capital and Communication Strategy to Business Strategy (presented at National HR Strategy Conference in Quito, Ecuador). During Covid-19 crisis, I delivered virtual presentation to guide business leaders in creating a roadmap to reimagine and transform their organizations. Included in the presentation were tips on developing a strategic communication plan and best practices to drive impactful and lasting organizational changes. In launching my business consulting firm, I utilized my extensive business experience to spearhead all aspects of designing, building and marketing this new venture, including creation of legal entity, service approach, brand strategy, website development, business planning and marketing.
