Beth Stoffmacher, CTF, is a consultant, facilitator, and Technology of Participation (ToP) Qualified Trainer who helps organizations create accessible, inclusive, and engaging meeting spaces for people of all abilities and learning styles.With more than 31 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, Beth specializes in facilitation, strategic planning, and disability and arts access, guiding organizations and businesses to turn their vision and mission into measurable action.Known for her warm, practical approach, Beth partners with teams to design online and in-person processes that foster participation, collaboration, and equitable outcomes.Before starting my company, I worked for 30 years as the Director of Operations at the UCLA Tarjan Center, University Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities. The mission of the UCLA Tarjan Center is to advance the self-determination, inclusion, and quality of life among the diversity of people with disabilities and their families. This was accomplished through collaborative leadership in training, community education, research, service, and outreach. My experience at the university level, with nonprofits, the cultural arts sector, and state, local, and governmental agencies, has given me a first-hand understanding of my clients\' challenges. I started this company with the hope of assisting groups and organizations in achieving their vision for the future. Improving the lives of individuals with disabilities and informing those who work alongside them is very important to me and is the core value of my work.
