As Vice President of Global Medical Affairs and Clinical Operations at Dompé, I lead the strategy, evidence generation, and cross-functional execution that support our global ophthalmology portfolio and advancing pipeline. ​​I bring more than 18 years of experience spanning medical affairs, clinical development, regulatory strategy, and product lifecycle management across multiple therapeutic areas in eye care.​​Throughout my career, I have guided the launch of five blockbuster ophthalmic therapies—including biologics and first-in-class treatments—by combining scientific rigor with strategic market positioning, regulatory precision, and strong commercial alignment. My work focuses on building integrated evidence strategies across clinical trials and real-world studies to elevate product differentiation, strengthen valuepropositions, and support favorable access and reimbursement globally.​​In regulatory affairs, I have designed approval pathways for complex submissions and led negotiations to secure timely approvals for drugs, devices, and combination products. I have also overseen launch readiness planning, global field medical teams, and large-scale cross-functional partnerships that ensure operational excellence and scientific integrity.​​I maintain long-standing collaborations with leading academic institutions, industry partners, and global key opinion leaders to accelerate innovation and expand scientific understanding across Thyroid Eye Disease, Glaucoma, Retinal Disease, Dry Eye, Presbyopia, and Myopia. These partnerships have strengthened pipelines, advanced clinical evidence, and expanded educational and research initiatives.​​My approach centers on data-driven decision-making, value-based communication, and organizational alignment.
