ABOUT BETH SCHUSTER

With over five years of experience in specialty and functional ingredient sales to industrial manufacturers, and many years experience in finished goods sales, I am an enthusiastic, energetic, customer centric senior account manager focused on delivering the best solutions and highest quality service for mutual success. Driven by a passion for excellent food and harnessing the art and science of building exceptional flavor, I have focused on a consultative selling approach to support industrial product developers in providing the best tasting products to their food service and retail customers, and to consumers. Building on an extensive career within food service focused on the top 100 restaurant chains, I have utilized my extensive sales, business development, and account management experience to hone keen analytical skills and effective written and verbal proficiency, and to successfully penetrate stake holding functional teams within customers for conjoint beneficial, long-term relationships. Collaborating with internal cross-functional teams that include product development, marketing, supply chain, forecasting and operations, regulatory and quality assurance, I have worked to lead projects from conception to final execution.
