Serves on the core development, testing and training teams, evolving the business into its own legal entity in 2022, migrating 245 project managers from Oracle to Clarizen and SAP. Led the centralization of a knowledge hub, working with project managers on burn tracking, training, support, risk monitoring, and improving process efficiencies and workflows.
