Procure and manage the renewals of complex company-wide professional liability policies including Directors & Officers, Errors & Omissions, Agents Errors & Omissions, Fidelity Bond, and excess coverage layers and negotiate annual coverage enhancements. Manage Directors & Officers, Errors & Omissions, and Fidelity Bond claims to maximize insurance recoveries. Negotiate insurance requirements for vendor contracts to ensure risk transfer after evaluating the risks presented including access to PII/PHI. As part of New York Life\'s largest acquisition in its 175+ year history, managed the integration of Cigna\'s Group Life and Group Disability business lines and its employees into all of New York Life\'s corporate insurance policies, including the Management Liability, Casualty, Business Travel Accident, and Property Liability coverage lines in advance of the acquisition date. Procured Runoff policies for Directors & Officers, Employment Practices Liability, and Errors & Omissions after negotiating the most favorable coverage. Worked on the budget across all lines. Advise foreign subsidiaries on coverage applicable to their operations and procure required local standalone policies. Initiated the creation and led the implementation of an automated claims database. Supervised all aspects of the project including preparing the RFP, negotiating contractual and insurance requirements, drafting the Statement of Work, and configuring all required fields to capture the critical data elements. Partnered with the Office of the Corporate Secretary in a Management Committee governance project to develop guidance documents and templates as a resource library for new and existing committees and to publish and maintain a Management Committee Inventory on the Company\'s Intranet.
