Manages the day to day business of client operations. Serves as direct service support for clients, partners, and carriers by resolving service requests related to prospective and existing business. Builds and maintains strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Assists with providing product offerings to expand and enhance client benefits. Oversees operational systems and infrastructure while looking for opportunities to improve current processes; researches, implements, and executes new software and product platforms. Provides demos and training of our technology solutions for customers. Acts as an ‘expert’ user of our systems. Works closely with ASI Partners on long-term planning, project management, and agency goals. Supports the agency partners with RFP and proposal building for prospective and existing clients. Hires, trains, coaches, and mentors new employees. Conducts and coordinates training for new hires and on-going training for the team to ensure representatives are fully aware of all new information related to products, services, procedures, company policies, and clients’ needs.
