ABOUT BETH PROVINCE
In my current role as a PSM I support our Dairy, Frozen, and Deli Wall departments after transitioning out of the Pets, Paper Goods, Baby, Household Cleaning, Dry Grocery, Personal Care and Impulse departments. The diversity of these departments has allowed me to acquire a wide range of skills based on the department specific requested results. My prior roles within the company have given me a vast knowledge base encompassing Import Item and Order Creation, Transportation Analyst and New Hire Analyst Training, Annual Event Team Lead, Split Supplier Item setup and Traiting, Remedy ticket Research and Resolution, and Development of SOP Documentation for Order Specialist role.Over the last several years I have been asked to manage and refine the Import Item and Order Creation processes for multiple departments. This included analyzing existing item/purchase order creation processes, Educating merchants along with our overseas partners on Best Practices for import item creation, and proactively clarifying System Requirements to meet upcoming Seasonal Strategies within multiple departments. I also identified additional tools we have available with item specific details that when used, helped to generate a $2M+ savings for that department.
