Currently working in the West MidlandsManaged the 2024 Macclesfield General Election campaign, obtaining the first ever Labour MP after 100 years of Conservative rule and overturning an Conservative majority. Built from scratch and delivered a voter-focused campaign that outperformed the national swing by 7.7%, leading to the victory of a Labour majority as the best performing battleground seat in the region. Facilitated the organisation and communications of visits from Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer, Angela Rayner, Lisa Nandy and more senior political figures, by liaising with the national team and distributing media ops notes to ensure media coverage. Steered the political narrative of the campaign by briefing the candidate for hustings and providing constructive feedback, designing print and segmented targeting, keeping messaging consistent. Ran the largest polling day operation in the region, speaking to people on polling day and equipping volunteers to have the most impactful conversations using a data-led targeting approach. Co-ordinated all communications with volunteers from multiple constituencies to ensure volunteer impact was maximised, and led comprehensive training programmes. Experienced in community events and fundraising, including facilitating fundraising events with a focus on senior stakeholders engagement and building positive relations. Team Leader on the ground operation throughout Blackpool South by-election, which achieved third most historic swing in any election since 1945.
